Q. When and where about do you guys train?
A. We train Tuesdays and Thursdays at Moura Park, Shorncliffe from 0515 h-0615h. See the map more info. Look for the camouflaged Landover.
Q. What about if I am not fit enough to train with SF Training? You guys look pretty full on.
A. The sessions are designed so the super fit can train along side of those who are struggling and everybody in between that way we all feel like we have given our all. Just come on down and get stuck in. Getting fit to start fitness training is not necessary and another excuse not to start.
Q. Do I need to train before I come down?
A. No way every day you put it off is a day you miss. This is physical training; you do not need to train before doing physical training. Just come on down and join in.
Q. How do I get started?
A. Just go to the indemnity form at the top of ths page fill it in press submit and you will be right to go.
Q. How much does the Training cost?
A. The weekly training sessions are $10 per session and the Spartans will vary depending on duration, level of complexity and training area; however, a rule of thumb is around $15 per hour.
Q. How do I pay?
A. Currently you can either direct debit into the SF Training bank account or pay by cash as you go, in the near future we will establish card machines.
